Over the past year and a half, I’ve worked across three projects diving deep into agentic AI workflows – from building a full CRM in three weeks on my own to collaborating in AI-driven teams. A clear pattern emerged: how much more we can do as developers when tools let us shift roles as the work demands. I call this a Polymorphic Mindset.
